Documents and information

To send a child to camp Magic Camp, such documents are needed:

Drawn up in the office:

     1. Voucher 
     2. Agreement with the participant in the program and parents
     3. Letter of attorney

Parents are offered:

     1. Copy of birth certificate
     2. Help about vaccinations
     3. Help on epidem. environment (the child does not suffer from any infectious disease), which is made up to 3 days prior to leaving for camp
